The Brooklyn Nets are one of the favorites to win it all in 2021-22, and James Harden just fueled that discussion even more with a bold warning to the 29 other NBA teams.

Ari Alexander of KPRC Channel 2 in Houston caught up with Harden and asked him what Nets fans can expect from him in the upcoming campaign. Brimming with confidence, the Beard emphasized that a “healthy James Harden” is coming for “scary, scary hours” alongside Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving.

James Harden's first season with the Nets was far from ideal after health issues limited him to just 36 regular season games. He missed 18 straight games at one point due to a hamstring problem. He wasn't able to play that much alongside KD and Kyrie, and it didn't get any better in the playoffs when he sustained another hamstring injury in the second round against the Milwaukee Bucks.

The 32-year-old guard later revealed that his injury in the playoffs was a Grade 2 hamstring strain, which he played through after just 10 days of rest.

Hopefully with a longer offseason, Harden will be able to recover better and be 100 percent at the start of the 2021-22 season. When healthy, the Nets certainly look like the most dangerous team in the NBA.

It is also worth remembering that they already gave the Bucks a hard time in their postseason series even with just one third of their Big 3 — Durant — leading the way. Now imagine what the Big 3 can do if they can have more time playing time and stay on the floor for longer periods.

Indeed, Harden is not lying when he said “scary hours” are coming to the NBA.
