Brooklyn Nets superstar Kevin Durant continues to double down on his chase for his fifth scoring title with another explosive performance. And, it didn't take a lot for the former MVP to get his 30-piece on Wednesday night against the Orlando Magic as Durant made franchise history with one of the most efficient scoring evenings you'll ever see.

The Nets' leader took only 12 shots on the road against the Magic and managed to knock down 11 of them. As per StatMuse, this makes Durant just the first-ever member of the Nets franchise to score 30 or more points on 90% shooting in the last four decades. They don't call him ‘Easy Money Sniper‘ for nothing.

Needless to say, Durant's scorching-hot evening led to another impressive away win for Brooklyn, 123-90. KD matched his 30-point scoring explosion with five boards and a couple of dimes without needing to do a lot in his 29 minutes of action. Meanwhile, Durant's partner-in-crime, James Harden needed 11 shots to get to 17 points but salvaged his rather low-scoring evening with 11 boards and 11 assists.

With or without Kyrie Irving, the Nets are figuring out ways to win. Despite Harden's lowest-scoring season since the 2011-2012 season, Brooklyn has been able to manage to get in the winning column time and time again and the biggest reason for this is Kevin Durant's incredible start.

Durant now leads the league in scoring with 29.5 points per game on an insanely-efficient 58.5% shooting clip and, with the way things are looking with the Nets, it seems that KD won't be slowing down anytime soon.
