It's been quite some time now since Kevin Durant shocked the basketball world by demanding a trade from the Brooklyn Nets. Several teams have already been linked to a sensational swoop for the former league MVP, but right now, nothing has materialized just yet.

At this point, it has become increasingly clear Durant could end up staying with the Nets beyond this summer. The bookmakers have now spoken and it seems that the most likely destination for KD next season is still going to be Brooklyn (h/t ClutchPoints Betting on Twitter):

Multiple reports have suggested that the Nets have placed an insane price tag on Kevin Durant, which actually isn't all that shocking. After all, this is a future Hall of Famer we're talking about here who is still at his prime. Whichever team he ends up with instantly becomes a contender for the title.

It is worth noting, however, that the Miami Heat currently have the second-best odds to land KD. The Heat are reportedly doing all that they can to try and pry away Durant from the Nets, so this isn't a foregone conclusion by any means.

Likewise, the Toronto Raptors still remain in the mix. Durant indicated his desire to play for Toronto many years ago, and the Raptors are hoping that he still feels the same way today.

The Phoenix Suns, on the other hand, recently signed Deandre Ayton to a max extension, thereby making it extremely difficult for them to land Kevin Durant.

At this point in the offseason, the bookmakers clearly believe that KD isn't going anywhere.
