Brooklyn Nets superstar Kevin Durant looks as healthy as ever after recovering from the coronavirus. Recently, he went on a live video chat on Instagram with Los Angeles Lakers guard Quinn Cook, and pretty much seemed like his old self.

For some reason, the discussion spiraled into a random game of 1-on-1 between Lance Stephenson and Victor Oladipo. For his part, Durant is so sure that Oladipo would blow away Stephenson, that he's willing to put his money where is mouth is.

According to Kevin Durant, he'll willfully place a $50,000 bet on Oladipo winning this fantasy matchup.

“I need parts of that, I want to see that,” Durant exclaimed, via Brandon ‘Scoop B' Robinson of Heavy.com. “I don’t got Lance Stephenson…I don’t got Lance Stephenson leaving D.C. with 50K. I don’t got that happening! They’re not coming down there and winning $50 K off Vic [Oladipo] no way.”

Cook was teammates with Stephenson last season with the Lakers (and with Durant and the Warriors previously), so he was able to get a first-hand experience of the Lance Experience. Nevertheless, it does not appear that Cook himself seemed confident that Stephenson could beat Oladipo at this point in their respective careers.

Stephenson, who most recently had a spell playing abroad in the CBA, is currently already 29, and it is probably safe to say that his best days are now behind him. On the other hand, Indiana Pacers star Oladipo is still recovering from a lengthy spell on the sidelines due to a major knee injury, and hasn't looked like the Dipo of old. This should level the playing field a bit although Dipo is still a star while Lance never was, which makes Durant's bet still the wiser option. That is if these two actually face off on a 1-on-1 duel.
