There is a slew of talented running backs that are available in the 2020 NFL Draft, and that list was just made shorter. With the No. 55 pick in the NFL Draft, the Baltimore Ravens decided to select JK Dobbins out of Ohio State.

For the months leading up to the draft, there's been plenty of discussions of who the best running back in the draft is. Within the arguments, Dobbins would be one of the names mentioned with D'Andre Swift, Jonathan Taylor, and Clyde Edwards-Helaire.

In his three seasons at Ohio State, Dobbins was extremely productive, totaling 5,104 yards from scrimmage and 43 total touchdowns. Just this past season, Dobbins rushed for 2,003 yards and 21 rushing touchdowns for the Buckeyes.

While having the best season of his collegiate career, Dobbins broke Eddie George's single-season rushing record at Ohio State in 2019. In addition, Dobbins would finish as the second all-time leading rusher at Ohio State. The only running back ahead of him was Archie Griffin.

Standing at 5-foot-10, nearly 220 pounds, Dobbins is an elusive back that can lower his shoulder when he needs to. Above all, Dobbins is a capable receiving threat, catching 71 passes for 645 yards at Ohio State.

At the next level, Dobbins figures to be a running back that can handle a full workload. In today's NFL, Dobbins is a running back that can be utilized on all three downs and is solid in pass protection. After a successful collegiate career at Ohio State, Dobbins hopes to continue making his presence felt in the NFL.
