Green Bay Packers star quarterback Aaron Rodgers is the latest member of the Dak Prescott bandwagon. Rodgers is backing the Dallas Cowboys signal-caller on his recent mental health struggles which the NFL gunslinger bravely brought out to the public.

In a press conference on Wednesday, the 36-year old Rodgers spoke about Prescott's statements on his condition.

Prescott came out earlier this month and admitted that he had to seek help for his mental health after quite a traumatic offseason. During this time, he had to go through the sudden death of his older brother amid a global pandemic. Prescott mentioned he was going through anxiety and depression, which put him in a unique position to lead the league when it comes to mental health issues.

With Dak Prescott bringing up his vulnerable state per Rodgers, it opens up a lot of opportunity for positive change and conversations. Earlier this week, Atlanta Falcons TE Hayden Hurst approached the Cowboys QB after their Week 2 match-up to thank him for opening up about his mental health. Per Rodgers, hopefully these things will inevitably happen thanks to Prescott's bravery.

“At the bare minimum, it makes you more relatable to people. We have the same struggles and the same issues and the same desires to grow and change and see things in a better positive light that so many people out there do. The more that we can connect with people, especially on conversations like this, I think the better out society can be moving forward as a connected society built around love and positivity.” Aaron Rodgers added.
