Denver Nuggets shooting guard Gary Harris is now ineligible to receive a $975,000 bonus this season, according to Bobby Marks of ESPN.

Gary Harris had five sets of incentives in his contract that were tied in with him playing a minimum of 60 games. The guard has only played in 32 games this season, as he's been dealing with a lot of lingering injuries.

Right now, Harris is out with a groin strain.

Harris is averaging 14.8 points, 3.0 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game this season for the Nuggets. The 24-year-old is shooting 42.5 percent from the field, 31.4 percent from beyond the arc and 81.5 percent from the free-throw line.

Harris signed a four-year, $84 million contract extension with Denver in the summer of 2017. The Nuggets entered their Friday road matchup against the Philadelphia 76ers with the second-best record in the Western Conference standings at 37-17.

Denver will likely go on a deep playoff run this season. They have so much talent on the roster. The team hasn't been healthy all season, but star big man Nikola Jokic has refused to let the squad falter. Harris, Paul Millsap, Jamal Murray and Will Barton have all missed time with injuries. Point guard Isaiah Thomas hasn't played all season too, although he is close to making his season debut.
