Paul Millsap is hosting an annual team minicamp in his state-of-the-art Core4 facility in Atlanta. All of his Denver Nuggets teammates are there except for a few, including some of their main stars.

As Nuggets reporter for BSNDenver.com Harrison Wind posted on Twitter, Nikola Jokic and Gary Harris are not expected to attend Millsap's minicamp, which is totally excusable.

On the other hand, it looks like the rookies are all eager to put work in.

The development of these young rookies will be crucial for the campaign of the Nuggets this year. Millsap, as one of the team's veterans, takes it upon himself by hosting minicamps where players get to know each other's tendencies on and off the court.

Last year, the former Hawks power forward averaged 14.6 points per game after playing just 38 contests due to a wrist injury. He posted lows in points, rebounds, assists, and steals per game in the last five seasons as a result.

Millsap hopes he could stage a serious comeback this year and he would rely on the help of the rookies such as Michael Porter Jr. who is coming off a back surgery this offseason. It remains to be seen if he can participate in Paul Millsap's minicamp but Porter Jr. already said he is feeling a lot better now.
