There have already been rumblings about Green Bay Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers relationship with coach Matt LaFleur, and Hall of Famer Cris Carter thinks he knows exactly why.

Carter who is a host on First Things First discussed Rodgers on Monday's show and said he thinks it's clear that Rodgers is the issue in all of this.

Carter points out that Rodgers has had problems with his parents, brother, former teammates including Brett Favre and there is one common denominator in all of it, the Packers quarterback.

Rodgers has tried to brush off comments about LaFleur and his relationship and said that all the negative comments about it have been fake news.

LaFleur has also made it clear the two have a good working relationship but did admit it's a bit weird being called his boss.

“Ha! I don’t, to be honest with you, really look at it like that,” LaFleur said via NBC Sports. “From a play-caller’s mentality, I’ve always viewed that relationship as more of a partnership, because he plays the toughest position in all of sports, and you want to always be sure he’s comfortable with all that’s going on. I know if he’s confident with what’s going on, the 10 guys in the huddle are going to be comfortable with what’s going on.”

Most importantly at this point even if they don't get along behind the scenes, the two need to win games or there will be even more questions about the relationship and if it's the right partnership.
