The Green Bay Packers enter an interesting offseason, as there are multiple questions surrounding the state of the roster. One of which is the situation involving Aaron Rodgers. However, it seems the front office made a coaching hire that could excite Rodgers. Enough to where he may want to remain with the organization for at least one more season.

According to Aaron Wilson, the packers have hired Tom Clements as the new quarterback coach. He's a veteran assistant coach in the league and has the experience necessary to coach Aaron Rodgers and Jordan Love simultaneously.

Nobody knows what Aaron Rodgers plans to do just yet, but it sounds like the Packers are doing everything possible to keep him with the franchise. Not only did they hire Tom Clements, but Green Bay has openly stated they would like to have Rodgers return. That could just be a move to appease the fan base, but this franchise has come close to a Super Bowl three years in a row now.

Remaining with Green Bay makes sense for Aaron Rodgers, but so does leaving. Rumors continue to swirl around his connection with the Denver Broncos, which would make them an immediate Super Bowl contender. We'll see how the offseason plays out, but the Packers can't make any necessary moves until Rodgers makes his decision.

Look for Rodgers to finalize his decision relatively soon. With free agency opening up in March, the Packers are going to want to have an answer sooner, rather than later.
