Tramon Williams knows that the headlines for the NFC Championship Game between the Green Bay Packers and Tampa Bay Buccaneers are most certainly found in the clash between iconic, future Hall of Fame quarterbacks Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady. Two of the best to ever do it finally meet head-to-head in the NFC and there is a ton of buzz surrounding this game.

However, it's another player for the Packers who is set to make NFL history in this game.

Tramon Williams is surely ecstatic, moving from one playoff team to another in a matter of weeks. Williams was just a Raven, now he had a chance to make it to another Super Bowl with the Packers.

He was a member of the Packers for eight seasons- including as a member of the Super Bowl-winning team- before going to the Cleveland Browns. He then went back to Green Bay in 2018 and started seven games for the Packers in 2019 as well.

The Baltimore Ravens lost to the Buffalo Bills last weekend, and in turn, the Ravens released Williams- allowing him to sign elsewhere. Enter the Packers.

Williams hopped on with Mike Pettine's defense and was elevated to the active roster with injuries to the Packers' secondary.

The 37-year-old is certainly eager to have another chance–with his longtime NFL team–to make it to the Super Bowl this season with the Packers.

Needless to say, he will have his hands full. While Tampa Bay is without Antonio Brown, the Bucs still have Chris Godwin, Mike Evans, and Rob Gronkowski, with Brady throwing the football. That is a lot for this Green Bay secondary to handle.

The Green Bay defense didn't handle the Tampa Bay offense very well in the regular-season meeting between these teams. The Pack will be able to play this game in Lambeau Field, however, after playing in Raymond James Stadium in the regular season. Williams will try to become a difference-making player for the NFC North champions, who are trying to return to the Super Bowl for the first time in 10 years, since Aaron Rodgers defeated the Steelers in Super Bowl XLV.
