The 41-year-old New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady has seemed to evade Father Time playing into his 40s. He's done this while still being incredibly efficient and one of the best gunslingers in the entire league.

BetOnline.ag odds for if Brady will retire before Week 1 of the next NFL season are at +500 for yes and -1000 for no.

There has been plenty of talk that Brady might retire, however, most of it has been shut down as fake news. He's actually made it pretty clear that he wants to play into his mid-40s.

Even Brady said himself in an ESPN interview with Ian O'Connor in 2017:

“I always said my mid-40s and naturally, that means around 45. If I get there and I still feel like I do today, I don't see why I wouldn't want to continue. I think 45 is a pretty good number for right now. I know the effort it takes to be 40…My love for the sport will never go away. I don't think at 45 it will go away. At some point, everybody moves on. Some people don't do it on their terms. I feel I want it to be on my terms. I've got to make appropriate choices on how to do that, how to put myself in the best position to reach my long-term goals.”

During the 2018 campaign for the Patriots, Brady threw for 4,355 yards with 29 touchdowns and only 11 interceptions. He will now be leading his team to another Super Bowl appearance against the Los Angeles Rams two Sundays from now.
