Both tight end Rob Gronkowski and wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson have been removed from the New England Patriots injury report ahead of the Week 16 matchup against the Buffalo Bills.

The Patriots find themselves in the midst of a two-game losing streak after following up the loss to the Miami Dolphins in Week 14 with a defeat at the hands of the Pittsburgh Steelers last Sunday.

However, with a few favorable matchups left on the regular season schedule, New England may have a chance to build a little momentum before trying to put together another memorable playoff run.

And luckily for Bill Belichick's team, they'll have both Gronkowski and Patterson ready, according to Josh Alper of Pro Football Talk:

Tight end Rob Gronkowski and wide receiver Cordarrelle Patterson were both added to the injury report on Thursday. Gronkowski was limited by the ankle and back issues that caused him to miss time earlier in the season and Patterson was out of practice entirely due to an illness.

Both players were working on Friday and neither one received an injury designation for Sunday.

Gronkowski has 45 receptions for 658 yards and three touchdowns this season while Patterson has played a variety of roles as a runner and a receiver in both the rushing and passing attack.

With the Bills and New York Jets left on the schedule, it should allow Tom Brady and the New England offense to get back on track after not being able to find any consistency in the loss to the Steelers.
