Antonio Brown is very good at getting into the headlines for the wrong reasons, and the Oakland Raiders wide receiver is at it again.

Brown reportedly filed a helmet grievance with the NFL, but he's going next level with this helmet issue. Now, he has reportedly told the Raiders he's prepared to quit if he can't wear his old helmet:

This all stems from the NFL outlawing certain types of helmets. Of course, you could argue this is something everyone has to deal with. If all other receivers can handle the new helmets, Brown should be able to as well. This certainly isn't a good look for Brown at all.

It has already been a weird offseason for Brown. He had his issues with the Pittsburgh Steelers and was traded to the Raiders as a result of that. From there, he continued to comment on former teammates like Ben Roethlisberger and JuJu Smith-Schuster.

Now the football season has started again, and the focus seemed to be solely on the Raiders. Then came the frostbite issue with his feet. Now there's this craziness with the helmet.

Hopefully, this is something that's resolved quickly. And by “resolved quickly,” let's hope that means Antonio Brown comes to his senses with these new helmets, or there's some kind of compromise worked out. The Oakland Raiders could be a very fun team to watch with him in the lineup, and that getting derailed over a silly issue like this would be unfortunate.
