Henry Ruggs III got some warning from the judge handling his case after the Former Las Vegas Raiders wideout missed a required alcohol test.

The ex-Raiders wide receiver has been in house arrest since his fatal car crash that led to the death of a 23-year-old woman and her dog. According to reports, Ruggs was driving under influence, with his alcohol level at 0.16%–which is twice the legal limit for drivers in Nevada.

After posting a $150,000 bail following the crash, Ruggs is being strictly monitored before his December 16 evidence hearing on the two felony driving under the influence charges thrown against him. He has been undergoing alcohol tests since then, though he reportedly missed one scheduled last November 13.

Because of that, Ruggs has received a warning from Justice of the Peace Suzan Baucum, noting that there will be problems if there is any alcohol detected in his body. Fortunately for the ex-Raiders rising star, he was still allowed to remain in house arrest.

“But if there are any misses, if there are any problems, if there is any alcohol detected in your system, you need to know that's going to be problematic for this court going forward,” the Las Vegas judge said, per ESPN.

If Henry Ruggs III is convicted of the charges against him, he is facing two to 20 years in prison.

Ruggs has been released by the Raiders immediately after the crash, abruptly ending what has been a promising NFL career with the Raiders.
