The Las Vegas Raiders, fresh off a home loss to the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 11, are signing former eighth overall pick Vic Beasley to their practice squad, per Adam Schefter of ESPN.

The Tennessee Titans released Beasley on Nov. 11 after just five subpar games.

The Atlanta Falcons drafted Vic Beasley with the eighth overall pick in the 2015 draft out of Clemson. After leading the NFL in sacks during the 2016 season, Beasley has really regressed and his love for the game has been questioned by many around the league.

With the Titans, Beasley recorded only two solo tackles. He had zero sacks and the Titans couldn't wait to get him off their squad.

In 83 games with the Falcons and Titans, Beasley has 37.5 sacks and 121 solo tackles. The Raiders must be hoping that hitting rock bottom will motivate Beasley to get his NFL career back on track. This is a low risk, high reward move for Las Vegas.

After losing to the Chiefs in Week 11 on Sunday Night Football, the Raiders are now 6-4 on the season. They will take on the Falcons in Week 12, a game Las Vegas should win since Atlanta is only 3-7 and in last place in the AFC South standings.
