It looks like Antonio Brown and Le'Veon Bell could remain teammates after all. Just not on the Pittsburgh Steelers.

This past weekend, a report surfaced from ESPN's Adam Schefter that the Oakland Raiders are one of the three teams that are most likely to land Brown in a trade with the Steelers this offseason.

Peter King of NBC Sports then said on Monday morning that the Raiders make the most sense for the wideout.

Also, on Saturday, Matt Verderame of FanSided reported that Oakland has “significant interest” in Bell, as noted by 247Sports.

So, could the two stars be reunited in the Bay Area?

The Raiders certainly have the cap space to absorb Brown and Bell, as they will have $72.9 million worth of a cap room this offseason. They also have three first-round draft picks, so they have plenty of assets to offer Pittsburgh in exchange for Brown.

Brown is on the trade block as a result of his tumultuous end to the 2018 campaign. In the week leading up to the Steelers' season finale, Brown got into a heated dispute with Ben Roethlisberger that apparently ended in him throwing a football at the quarterback.

The 30-year-old then refused to practice, complained of knee pain but refused to go for an MRI and then went AWOL on the team before being consequently benched by head coach Mike Tomlin for Pittsburgh's Week 17 matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals.

As for Bell, the running back sat out the entire 2018 season as a result of a contract dispute with the Steelers.

He will be a free agent this month.
