The Los Angeles Rams and Jared Goff had an undeniably successful season last year, making it all the way to the Super Bowl. But their campaign still ended disappointingly, as the offense mustered just three points in a Super Bowl loss to the Patriots.

As they look to reset and make it back to the big game, there will be a lot of differences in 2019. Perhaps the most significant changes have come on the offensive line, as guard Roger Saffold and center John Sullivan were both allowed to walk in free agency.

The center is responsible for setting the protections and anchoring the offensive line, so it's essential that he's on the same page as the quarterback. This year the Rams will have a new center, second-year player Brian Allen, and he appears to be getting along well with Goff.

Speaking to the media after a recent minicamp practice, Goff said the two have been playing Fortnite together when asked if they'd been bonding, per Lindsey Thiry of ESPN.com.

Allen played sparingly as a rookie and didn't start a single game last season. Overall, he played only 36 snaps on offense. A fourth-round pick out of Michigan State last year, it's vital that he has Goff's trust.

The Rams will be starting fellow second-year player Joseph Noteboom at guard to replace Saffold, so the offensive line will be a lot younger next season. The O-line has been a huge part of the Rams' success the past couple of seasons, so hopefully, for Goff's sake, there isn't much of a drop-off with Allen at the pivot.
