The Toronto Raptors have received a huge boost after it was revealed that former All-Star forward Pascal Siakam is nearing his return. After undergoing surgery on his left shoulder last June, it appears that Siakam is now very close to a full recovery as he looks to re-join his team at the soonest possible time.

According to Siakam's agent, Todd Ramaser, the Raptors star could be back on the court in two weeks (h/t Justine Termine of SiriusXM):

To be clear, the Raptors have yet to release an official statement on when they expect Siakam to make his season debut. However, this latest update comes from Siakam's agent himself, so we are inclined to believe that the two-week timetable should be relatively accurate.

Siakam was recently assigned by the Raptors to their G League affiliate last week, which is a clear indication of the significant progress he's made in his road to recovery. This falls in line with this latest news bit as they all point to the fact that Pascal Siakam is indeed going to be returning to action very soon.

Nevertheless, you can be sure that the Raptors will be extremely cautious with Siakam moving forward. They're likely going to ease him back into action and he probably won't get his full load back until at least a few games.
