Cornerback Marlon Humphrey and wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. got into a bit of brawl during Sunday's Baltimore Ravens and Cleveland Browns matchup that resulted in a 40-25 Cleveland win.

With 3:35 on the clock in the third quarter, Beckham threw a right-handed punch at Humphrey with a screen-play ensuing in the background. Humphrey didn't take that lightly, as he threw Beckham to the ground and choked him with both hands.

Humphrey wants to clear the air.

“I ran into him after the game and apologized. It’s not really the brand of football I want to represent. The whistle blowed. It has to be over with,” said Humphrey, via Jamison Hensley of ESPN.

On if Beckham apologized, Humphrey said:

“I don't think he did. But I definitely told the refs he should've been ejected. It is what it is. Emotions flare.”

Humphrey wasn't the only one asking for an ejection. Browns coach Freddie Kitchens felt as if Humphrey deserved one.

“I saw what you saw,” said Kitchens, via ESPN. “He was getting choked on the ground. They get away with that because it's Odell. I'm going to be on the phone with Al (Riveron, NFL senior vice president of officiating) when I get on the bus.”

Beckham, on the other hand, isn't too concerned about their mid-game brawl. In fact, he's more upset that he lost some jewelry (and no, not the watch).

“It's hot out there. We're just competing,” said Beckham. “I'm just upset that I lost my earring.”

Earrings are replaceable Odell, feelings aren't. Perhaps the 40-25 win has him in a different mood.
