Baltimore Ravens second-year quarterback Lamar Jackson has been extremely impressive through the first two weeks of the 2019 NFL regular season. That hasn't gone unnoticed. He's gained a lot of supporters recently, and you can count former superstar quarterback Michael Vick among those numbers.

In a video posted by TMZ, Vick talks up Jackson and even compares him to NFL-Vick.

“I think they're good comparisons man,” Vick says. “If anybody looking like me, it's Lamar!!! That's a dangerous man behind center!!!”

If you for whatever reason don't remember what Vick was like in his prime, he was basically a human cheat code. Vick could outrun basically any defender and had the arm strength to sling it down the field, with the accuracy to hit his man in stride.

That's what it appears the Ravens have in Jackson. He has been absolutely lethal with his legs as everyone expected. However, it is his arm that has surprised many. While some believed he would pan out well as an NFL quarterback, it's impossible to deny a lot of analysts didn't think he'd make it long.

So far, Jackson has shut all the doubt up. He has looked wonderful with his arm and through two games this year has completed 71.9% of his passes for 596 yards and seven touchdowns, compared to no interceptions.

Clearly, Jackson has let his play on the field do the talking. It has served him well so far and turned a lot of doubters into believers.

His play has even turned supporters into full fledged rally leaders. It appears that's where Vick is. He is waving the Jackson flag and ready to tell everyone to watch out, because the NFL just might have its next superstar quarterback in Lamar Jackson.
