Seattle Seahawks running back Rashaad Penny is officially a game-time decision for Week 4 against the Arizona Cardinals. He's listed as questionable on the injury report with a hamstring injury.

Penny suffered the injury leading up to Seattle's Week 3 bout against the New Orleans Saints and was inactive for the game. He did not practice on Wednesday, and was limited 24 hours later before being a full-go for Friday's practice.

“He said he feels pretty good, he’s dying to play,” said Seahawks coach Pete Carroll on Friday, via Liz Matthews of USA Today.

“He worked through practice today so he’s going in questionable and we’ve got to get to game time to see what happens. He had a good week in preparation for it and — he didn’t get to work every day this week — but he did finish out the week going, so that was a good sign.”

A first-round selection in 2018, Penny recorded 16 rushes for 80 yards and two touchdowns in the first two weeks of play. Considering the fumble issues (three lost in three games) from starter Chris Carson, Penny has the opportunity to earn a higher workload once fully healthy.

In addition to Penny's questionable status, defensive tackle Quinton Jefferson (hip), cornerback Neiko Thorpe (hamstring) and defensive end Ziggy Ansah (back) are all questionable to play on Sunday. Interior offensive lineman Ethan Pocic (back) is doubtful.

The Seahawks are 2-1 ahead of their Sunday matchup with the 0-2-1 Arizona Cardinals, the first series of the much-anticipated Russell Wilson vs. Kyler Murray dual.
