The Seattle Seahawks are looking to put the finishing touches on a surprising 2018 NFL season this week. Fortunately, it appears wide receiver Doug Baldwin will be able to suit up versus the Arizona Cardinals.

Baldwin has been nursing a shoulder injury this week. According to Corbin Smith of The Sports Xchange, Baldwin was not on their latest injury report:

J.R. Sweezy listed as DOUBTFUL on Seahawks final injury report with foot injury. D.J. Fluker, Bradley McDougald, Rashaad Penny, Dion Jordan, and Tedric Thompson all listed as QUESTIONABLE. No Doug Baldwin on injury report, which would indicate he's good to go for Sunday.

This is certainly good news for the Seahawks. It is no secret that Seattle has been dealing with a number of injuries to their key players. Fortunately, it seems quarterback Russell Wilson will have his favorite target available for use.

Baldwin has struggled to find his footing throughout the 2018 campaign due to a lingering elbow injury. However, he finally made his presence felt with a spectacular outing versus the Kansas City Chiefs. the veteran registered seven receptions for 126 yards and a touchdown. His performance was a stark reminder of the kind of impact he can have on a game moving forward.

The Seahawks have undoubtedly surpassed expectations this season after many felt they were in the midst of a rebuild. their biggest concern at the moment is making sure they are as healthy as possible for their upcoming Wild Card Game. Meanwhile, the season finale will give Wilson and Baldwin another game to build on their rapport before the playoffs start.
