The Seattle Seahawks managed to overcome the early loss of safety Quandre Diggs to defeat the New England Patriots and secure a 2-0 start to the 2020 NFL season. Although he is not expected to be suspended for the hit on wide receiver N'Keal Harry, Diggs is still doing what he can to make up for it.

Diggs took to Twitter to reach out to Harry and apologize for the hit:

Diggs delivered a booming helmet-to-helmet hit on Harry in the final minute of the first quarter while the game was tied. While he still managed to hold on to the ball and get up with no issues, the Seahawks' star was ejected following a 15-yard penalty.

While Diggs has managed to avoid suspension from the league, it is safe to assume that a fine may still be on the way. Fortunately, it appears he was at least able to get on good terms with Harry before moving on.

The Seahawks still found a way to win in spectacular fashion thanks to a goal-line stand by the defense at the last second. Their hot start should help pay some huge dividends as they prepare to host a star-studded Dallas Cowboys team in Week 3.

Meanwhile, Harry seems to be finding his footing as an integral member of the passing game with Cam Newton under center. It is no secret that he is coming off a rough rookie campaign that saw him labeled as a bust due to his first-round status. However, his 13 receptions for 111 yards so far indicates he is primed for a productive season.
