The Seattle Seahawks have been mentioned as a potential landing spot for free-agent wide receiver Antonio Brown, and recently, it was reported that Russell Wilson was pushing his team to sign the seven-time Pro Bowler.

Now, we may have video evidence of Brown and Wilson working out together. On Wednesday, Brown posted a video on his Instagram story of him running routes on the Seahawks superstar's field.

While this doesn't necessarily mean that Brown is now a shoo-in to join the Seahawks, it's certainly something to note.

Seattle and the Baltimore Ravens have been viewed as the top most likely destinations for Brown, who has been out of the NFL since Week 3 of last season. Brown was initially supposed to play 2019 with the Oakland Raiders, but a series of incidents in training camp ultimately led to the Raiders releasing him.

The soon-to-be-32-year-old then linked up with the New England Patriots and made his debut with the club in Week 2, logging four catches for 56 yards and a touchdown in a win over the Miami Dolphins. But then, Brown was hit with sexual assault allegations and proceeded to send threatening text messages to another woman, resulting in the Patriots cutting ties with him.
