Russell Wilson announced his new contract with the Seattle Seahawks in as legendary of a way as possible earlier this week, taking to Twitter to post a video of he and his wife, Ciara, in bed where he tells the world that he reached a deal with the team.

Well, now, the quarterback's Seahawks teammates are already poking fun at him.

Seattle wide receiver Tyler Lockett and offensive lineman D.J. Fluker put forth the first re-enactment of what I'm sure will be many, with Lockett playing the role of Wilson and Fluker playing the role of Ciara.

Good stuff, fellas.

Wilson landed a record-breaking five-year, $140 million contract with the Seahawks on Tuesday, ending any speculation that the signal-caller was considering playing football elsewhere.

The 29-year-old was entering the final year of his deal in 2019, and with there appearing to be some uncertainty on whether or not he would agree to a new contract with Seattle before the season, there was some chatter that Wilson was interested in leaving the Pacific Northwest and taking his talents to the New York Giants.

But, obviously, Wilson will now be a member of the Seahawks for the foreseeable future.

The Cincinnati native is coming off of arguably the best season of his career in 2018, as he threw for 3,448 yards, 35 touchdowns, and seven interceptions while completing 65.6 percent of his passes and registering a passer rating of 110.9 en route to the Pro Bowl.

Wilson was originally drafted by the Seahawks in 2012, and since then, he has made five Pro Bowl appearances and, most importantly, led Seattle to a Super Bowl title during the 2013-14 campaign.
