James Harden had another big game to help the Philadelphia 76ers tie their playoff series with the Miami Heat at 2-2. After which, Joel Embiid  made sure to remind the doubters and haters what his Sixers teammate just did.

Harden exploded for 31 points, seven rebounds and nine assists to propel the Sixers to the 116-108 win in Sunday's Game 4 showdown. Much like his performance in Game 3, The Beard was fully unleashed alongside Embiid and punished the Heat defense with his long-range shooting and attacks to the basket.

In their postgame presser, Embiid spoke highly of his Sixers teammate and emphasized how they never lost belief in him.

“That's the reason why he's here,” Embiid said of Harden, per Michael Scotto of Hoops Hype.

James Harden has been on the receiving end as of late due to his poor play not only in the playoffs, but also ever since joining Philly. He was no longer the explosive scorer he once was, raising concerns among fans and experts that father time has caught up to him.

Even Charles Barkley went as far as to saying that the Sixers will regret trading for Harden because he is declining.

While the criticisms were understandable, Harden has since proven how wrong the comments about him are. Now, he'll certainly be looking to effectively silence his detractors while helping the Sixers make it all the way to the NBA Finals.
