You're lying if you didn't think the photos of Kawhi Leonard smiling while in China were photoshopped.
The San Antonio Spurs star forward has made the trip out East this summer and was caught in an odd way on camera for anyone who is used to his normally stoic nature.

And then Leonard's teammate Manu Ginobili responded in the most perfect way.
What's going on? I saw him laughing/smiling more in thess two days than in the previous six seasons. Am I missing something? đ€đđ

Manu couldn't have summed it up any better for us.
It appears after all that Leonard may not be a robot as most of us once suspected, including his teammates.
Leonard will once again look to lead the Spurs into next season as one of the favorites to win the NBA title. San Antonio had a strong showing last year before Leonard's injury in the playoffs made overcoming the Golden State Warriors pretty much impossible.
Ginobili will join Kawhi and company for at least one more year as he has put off his retirement after seriously considering it this summer. This kind of back-and-forth action on social media shows just how close these teammates are, an emotion that you don't normally get from the Spurs and their newest leader.
