Following a porous start to the season that saw the Phoenix Suns drop their first three games in disappointing fashion, it has been quite the opposite with the team hitting stride in the other direction.

The Suns have won three out of their last four games following the front office's decision to part ways with head coach Earl Watson and banning veteran guard Eric Bledsoe to stay away from the team, according to Michael Pina of Vice Sports.

It has been a complete turnaround over the last few games as Phoenix has topped the likes of Sacramento Kings, Utah Jazz, and Brooklyn Nets over that stretch with their sole loss being against the Portland Trail Blazers. They have played like an entirely different team with third-year guard Devin Booker leading the way averaging a team-best 22.1 points.

Booker is coming off a 32-point outing in Tuesday's win over the Nets, which made him the first player in team history since Amar'e Stoudemire back in Feb. 2007 to record at least 30 points and six rebounds in back-to-back road games in a season. It has also been the promising play of rookie Mike James, who is averaging 13.0 points per game in Bledsoe's absence that was capped with a career-high 24 points against Brooklyn.

Although it's still quite early in the season, this dramatic shift in the right direction is an encouraging sign for what may come.
