Minnesota Timberwolves guard Patrick Beverley really doesn't like Chris Paul, and if you want any proof, then look no further than his recent Twitter activity.

When it was clear the Phoenix Suns were getting eliminated from the playoffs at the hands of the Dallas Mavericks, former NBA player Jeremy Lin took to Twitter to share his wish for Paul to win the championship before he retires. Lin expressed belief that CP3 deserves to win even just one considering the legendary career he has forged.

Upon seeing the tweet, though, Beverley questioned it and asked for a reason why Paul deserves it more than anyone else.

It's easy to see where Jeremy Lin is coming from. And to be fair, a lot of NBA fans wish the same after seeing how Chris Paul turn franchises into winners.

But to Patrick Beverley's point, there have been a lot of NBA players who retired without a ring, so it might be wrong to say that one deserves to win more than the other.

Of course the beef between Pat Bev and Paul probably played a role in the comment of the Timberwolves guard. They have some history against each other, and Beverley has never hidden his dislike for the so-called Point God.

Perhaps the Suns' trash-talking of the Timberwolves in the past season didn't help?
