The Tennessee Titans failed to come to an agreement on a new contract with star wide receiver AJ Brown, resulting in an NFL Draft trade to the Philadelphia Eagles. Brown's arrival in Philly gives the Eagles an elite-level target in their offense, something they've lacked in the past few seasons. However, his departure is also a huge blow to the Titans, who will find it difficult to replace his production. Not only that, but it's a sad time for Tennessee fans. They aren't the only ones feeling emotional following Brown's trade to the Eagles, though. Brown himself is feeling some type of way, as reported by Pro Football Talk.

“It’s kind of bittersweet,” Brown said. “I’ve built relationships the past few years with good friends, and to see it go, to leave the building, it’s tough. But I’m also excited to be an Eagle and to be a part of a great organization.”

Speaking at his introductory press conference in Philadelphia, Brown said that his trade from the Titans to the Eagles is “bittersweet.” While he is excited to join the Eagles, he said it's certainly “tough” walking out of the building in Tennessee.

Not only did Brown make great relationships with the organization, but he also developed into one of the franchise's best receivers in just three short seasons, leaving his mark with two 1000-yard seasons and a Pro Bowl berth.

While the Titans got themselves a talented receiver, Treylon Burks, in the draft who will be playing on a much more team-friendly rookie contract, there's still the undeniable gap in the offense with Brown in Philadelphia.

It's bittersweet for Brown and the Titans.
