Tennessee Titans star Derrick Henry is one of the most feared running backs in the entire NFL. Heā€™s freakishly strong and has shown the ability time and time again to throw defensive players out of his way.

Henry won the rushing title for the second straight year in 2020 after racking up 2,027 yards and 17 TDs. Clearly, the Titans RB is preparing for another big campaign based on his latest feat in the weight room:

I couldnā€™t tell you how much weight Henry is squatting, but it sure looked like A LOT. The most impressive part is that heā€™s banging out easy reps with it, too.

The former Alabama standout helped the Titans to an 11-5 record last season, but they lost in the Wild Card Round to the Baltimore Ravens. Baltimore held Henry to just 40 yards on the ground, which clearly played a huge part in eliminating Tennessee.

Based on Henryā€™s training regimen this offseason, he is making sure that doesnā€™t happen again. The six-year pro will be looking to surpass the 2,000-yard mark for the second consecutive campaign and along the way, stiff-arm some more opponents literally through the ground.

A third rushing title in his sights? It certainly seems so. The Titans kick off their 2021 season against the revamped Arizona Cardinals on September 12th.
