The Tennessee Titans are playing in a pivotal game versus the New Orleans Saints on Sunday and they'll be without their most important offensive player. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Derrick Henry is not expected to play versus the Saints.

Last week, Henry was unable to practice due to a hamstring injury. Despite him not logging a single practice, the Titans' running back was active as Tennessee squared off against the Houston Texans.

In that game, Henry didn't look fully healthy as he rushed for 86 yards on 21 attempts. Nevertheless, the Titans lost the game 24-21 and with Houston winning on Saturday, the Titans can no longer win the AFC South.

For this week, it was more of the same for Henry as he missed practices because of his nagging hamstring injury. At the beginning of the week, the Titans were optimistic that Henry was going to be able to give it a go in Week 16.

But on Saturday, Tennessee downgraded Henry to questionable; a sign that the bruising back suffered some sort of a setback. Now, Henry's designation for Sunday's game is closer to doubtful than it is probable.

This season, Henry is the second-leading rusher with 271 carries, 1,329 yards, and 13 touchdowns. His absence could definitely prove to be detrimental as Tennessee needs a win to keep their playoff hopes alive.

With Henry sidelined, expect to see an increased workload for Dion Lewis versus the Saints. Lewis has combined for 246 yards from scrimmage on 49 touches so far this season. Besides Lewis, Tennessee is going to need a big game from Ryan Tannehill once again.
