Tennessee Titans cornerback Malcolm Butler knows the pressure on him with the big contract he is playing under, but teammate Logan Ryan doesn't seem too concerned because he knows that the former New England Patriot can match up with anybody.

Bulter signed a 5-year contract with the Titans with $30 million guaranteed and with that type of contract comes pressure to perform even better.

Ryan talked to Butler and knows that he is feeling the extra pressure but knows what type of player he is and he will be just fine.

“A lot of things come with large contracts, and a lot of it is noise, which you’ve got to ignore the noise,” Ryan said via Travis Haney of The Athletic. “I think he’ll be just fine. I’ve seen him match up with the best of the best. He is extremely competitive. He can match up with anybody in this league.”

Butler had some early season struggles last season and there were some big question marks if he was worth an extension. He got it figured out and during the second half of the season he was one of the best cornerbacks in the league.

The Titans have to face the Jacksonville Jaguars, Indianapolis Colts, and the Jacksonville Jaguars two teams each which means Butler will have to face Marquise Lee, TY Hilton, and Deandre Hopkins a lot these coming seasons and he is going to be expected to throw them off their game. Butler might have been questioning himself, but Ryan has the confidence he will get it done.
