The main card on Saturday at UFC Fight Night will feature Yair Rodriguez taking on Max Holloway. It's undoubtedly going to be a battle and Rodriguez is ready to risk everything in the Octagon….even his life.

Via TMZ Sports:

“You gotta understand this sport is so dangerous and anything can happen. You have to accept that before you go in there. I'm fine with my family before the fight. I tell everybody that I love them. I try to get everything ready if anything happens. Hopefully, nothing like that happens to me or any of my co-workers.”

The UFC star is the #1 ranked fighter at the event but Holloway is no pushover, either. This bout profiles to be electric and fans are already buzzing ahead of the epic showdown. Rodriguez is fighting for the first time in two years, while Holloway is the reigning featherweight champion.

Rodriguez's comments might be scary, but anything is possible. Holloway is also not the easiest opponent for the Mexican's first UFC fight in quite some time, but there's no doubt it will be entertaining. The matchup was initially scheduled for July, but the date was pushed back after Holloway suffered an injury. Despite not fighting since 2019, Rodriguez has won two straight bouts.
