Dak Prescott channeled his inner Tony Romo. Like the now-CBS sportscaster, Prescott showed he is a master of escaping pressure and finding the open guy.

While evading from pressure via Los Angeles Rams outside linebacker Dante Fowler Jr., Prescott was looking downfield. That paid off. He found former Rams wide receiver Tavon Austin wide-open. Austin, a West Virginia product, waltzed into the end zone for an easy score.

Watch below. Prescott finds Austin to cap-off a short drive, consisting of three plays, spanning 1:21 minutes. The score put the Cowboys up 14-7.

In getting the 59-yard touchdown, Austin found paydirt for the first time in 2019. It only fits that he did so against the team that drafted him, gave him a big contract extension and then proceeded to trade him a few years later.

The Cowboys are rolling. To get into the playoffs, they'll need to continue those ways.
