Has Kevin Durant played his final game as a member of the Golden State Warriors? FOX Sports analyst Chris Broussard thinks so.

Durant, who is currently sidelined with a calf strain and will be a free agent this summer, is listed as doubtful for Game 1 of the NBA Finals, and the general consensus is that he will sign elsewhere this offseason.

So, that could mean that Durant has suited up as a Warrior for the last time.

Broussard told Colin Cowherd on “The Herd” that he does not think Durant will play in these Finals, saying that he thinks Durant's injury is more serious than people are letting on.

He went on to add that he thinks that also means Durant has played his last game for Golden State, especially if the Dubs manage to beat the Toronto Raptors without his services.

Broussard said there has never been another great player who has played for a team that hasn't necessarily needed him to win titles, and if the Warriors do end up defeating the Raptors without him, it would confirm that Durant is more of a luxury to Golden State than a necessity.

As a result, Broussard feels that Durant will best be served going somewhere where the team clearly needs him to win, and he feels that that same thought process will be going through Durant's mind.

Durant is in his third season with Golden State. He joined the Warriors during the summer of 2016 and went on to win titles in each of his first two seasons in the Bay Area, taking home Finals MVP honors both times.
