San Francisco, CA – When it comes to highlight dunks Golden State Warriors guard Gary Payton II knows a thing or two about them. The defensive specialist has had some of the biggest dunks in the entire NBA this year, from alley-oops to dunking on defenders' heads he's done it all.

After practice, Friday Payton II talked about his favorite dunk of this season, and it wasn't the dunk you are probably thinking.

“I know people are going to be mad, but it's definitely not the head-scratcher one,” the Warriors talent told ClutchPoints.

The head-scratcher dunk was the poster he created against the Indiana Pacers' 7-foot center Goga Bitadze. The play made the Pacers big man so mad he head-butted Payton II and was ejected from the game.

When it comes to his favorite dunk this season it came down to two dunks.

“I want to say the Utah one side out of bounds,” Warriors talent Gary Payton II said. “We came out of a timeout, I think and 30 got blitzed and he hit Loon in the pocket and I cut from a weak side corner and Loon threw it right in the middle like kind of low right in front of the rim. I just caught it backward and threw it down. I just liked that one, and the one that Andre threw me in Boston. I like that one too. That was dope. So those two were my top two for sure.”

The Warriors play the Brooklyn Nets Saturday. It will be another opportunity for Payton II to add to his list of highlights.
