San Francisco, CA – The best player on the Golden State Warriors in March was Jordan Poole. He led the team in scoring and made the most three-pointers in the NBA for the month.

The evolution of Poole has been an exciting journey full of big plays and highlights. This could be the beginning of something special, and this could be the month that catapults him into stardom. But Poole doesn't let his emotions get the best of him.

“I feel good right now,” Poole told ClutchPoints. “Every shot that I’m shooting I’ve shot at practice over and over and over and over. I’ve been running the same plays; we’ve been running the same plays since the beginning of the season.”

In March, Jordan Poole is averaging a team-high 25.4 points per game, while shooting 49.5 percent from the field, 44.4 percent from deep, and 89.9 percent from the free-throw line. The Milwaukee native also has a 15-game streak of scoring 20 or more points.

“You kind of catch a rhythm, it’s a long season,” Poole told reporters. “I guess where I am just personally, I’m able to capitalize right now, and it feels good, but we’ve got to win games, to be honest.”

Poole and his squad played a total of 16 games in March. They ended the month with a disappointing 5-11 record. No blame should be placed on Poole, but that isn't pleasing to the young guard.

The most important thing to the former Michigan Wolverine is winning games. The Warriors have lost four straight and the playoffs are right around the corner. If they plan to make a run they will need Poole to continue his flaming hot shooting.
