The Golden State Warriors are absolutely terrifying this season. They're already wiping the floor with their opponents with an average margin of victory of 14.7 points through 12 games – and they're only going to get better.

James Wiseman is set to join Klay Thompson in the next step towards their return to the Warriors' lineup. As Stephen Curry and Co. have flown out for their four-game Eastern Conference road trip, both stars have stayed behind with members of the coaching staff to facilitate some 5-on-5 action. The team will be bringing in players to give both Klay Thompson and James Wiseman some much-needed burn.

Via The Athletics's Anthony Slater:

James Wiseman and Klay Thompson remained back in the Bay Area during this Warriors road trip. Rick Celebrini and a few coaches are there. The team will bring players into the facility to scrimmage with both. Advancing to 5-on-5 full contact is expectation. Big step for both.

With Stephen Curry looking like an MVP candidate and the Warriors looking near-unbeatable, adding two dynamic pieces makes them even more formidable.

It's been a long time since Curry had the floor-spacing next to him that Klay Thompson would bring. Meanwhile, Wiseman allows them to play with some size against bigger opposing lineups.
