The evolution of Golden State Warriors guard Jordan Poole has been fun to witness. He came into the NBA a talented kid, but in his third year in the league, he's becoming a star. He's playing the best basketball of his career and at the perfect time.

The Milwaukee native scored 20 or more points in 11 straight games. His most recent performance helped earned his team their biggest victory of the season against the Miami Heat. They threw double teams and everything at him to slow him down but it didn't work.

“Yeah, they started to double too, early in the second half,” Warriors talent Jordan Poole told ClutchPoints. “So that just goes back to putting defenses in rotation, I'm a willing passer and if they're going to send two up top, we got a lot of players who can make plays and make the right play. So being able to get off the ball and have our teammates put other guys in positions to score really helped us.”

The 22-year-old put on a show and received praise from Miami’s coach Erik Spoelstra.

“Poole has really improved. His handles, his ability to step back behind screens and shoot his movement. All that has improved.”

He broke ankles made nearly impossible three-pointers and more. It was a complete game from Poole and the Warriors desperately needed him.

The Warriors ended their three-game losing streak without Stephen Curry, Draymond Green, and Klay Thompson. Poole scored a game-high 30 points and 9 assists. The final score was 118-104.

Next, the Warriors travel to Atlanta to face Trae Young and the Hawks.
