Stephen Curry is back!

After missing the majority of the 2019-2020 season, the Golden State Warriors star has made his first three-pointer since 282 days ago. Curry broke his hand early in the season, which forced him to miss the rest of the 2019-2020 season outside of one game in March before the season was shut down.

Getting a hand off, Curry received a screen to give him a wide open shot from the wing, which obviously he drained.

Curry knows he needs to have a huge bounce back season to get the Warriors back into the playoffs, especially following Klay Thompson's Achilles tendon injury which will keep him out of action for the year.

The Warriors have their work cut out for them, with the Western Conference becoming more competitive than it's ever been. Teams like the Dallas Mavericks, Utah Jazz, and Denver Nuggets are young squads on the rise while the two Los Angeles teams, the Lakers and Clippers, are still top dogs in the conference. In order to get back to the NBA Finals without Klay Thompson, the Warriors need Stephen Curry to be an offensive supernova.

Even if the Warriors are not the team they were a few years ago, Curry being back in the game is good not just for their franchise, but for the entire NBA. Stephen Curry has been one of the biggest stars in the league over the last half decade and having him back reignites an element fans sorely missed last season.

Here's to your first of many threes this year, Steph.
