Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson returned to his roots on Saturday to be in person for the retirement of his No. 8 at Louisville. Cardinals Stadium was absolutely buzzing when Jackson's name was unveiled and his reaction to the whole celebration was even more awesome. Take a look:

You can tell Lamar Jackson was getting a bit emotional to see it all unfold, but it was nothing but happiness. After all, he's arguably the greatest QB to ever suit up for Louisville and broke numerous records during his three-year stint with the program. He had the most career rushing yards in Cardinals history, was the first player to be named an All-American, and also won a Heisman in his sophomore year, among many other impressive accolades.

Jackson clearly has lots of love for Louisville, even though he's now one of the best signal-callers in the NFL. So far this season, Lamar Jackson has led the Ravens to a 6-3 start, throwing for over 2,400 yards and 14 touchdowns. However, the Ravens are coming off a disappointing loss to the Dolphins on Thursday, which turned out to be a rough night for Lamar.

Nevertheless, he's in Louisville enjoying the moment and embracing all the fans who supported him for many years throughout his illustrious college career.
