The tight contest between the Washington Wizards and the Dallas Mavericks ended in an emphatic note as Bradley Beal scored a dagger of a layup during the game's dying seconds. It was a terrific play that gave the Wizards the win.

It's understandable for the players to celebrate such big win against one of the more exciting young teams in the Western Conference. For his part, Beal chose to celebrate first with his son, Deuce.

Beal was carrying his boy when he was interviewed about the game-winning play, and the scene was so adorable that the interviewer had to ask his son first about his dad's performance.

After that tender moment, Beal headed straight to the Wizards locker room where his teammates excitedly celebrated with him. Of course, Beal had to put down his son before celebrating.

The Wizards video showed just how excited the team was about the huge win.

It was a fantastic way to cap off another solid night for Bradley Beal. He finished with 29 points, five rebounds, eight assists and a steal on 39 percent shooting. He helped keep the game competitive against a Mavs team that was playing solid team basketball.
