For some reason, Theory, the United States Champion of WWE, decided he wanted to test his mettle against “The Almighty” Bobby Lashley in the wrestling ring.

Okay, technically it was in a wrestling ring, but he didn't want to actually wrestle against the former WWE champion. No, for some reason, Theory wanted to go up against Lashley in a pose-off to see who has the better muscular definition.

That didn't go particularly well, at least for Theory, and unfortunately for the protege of Mr. McMahon, neither did his match at Money in the Bank, as, despite his best efforts to pick his spots and avoid direct contact with “The Almighty” as much as possible – including an incredible spot where Theory countered a spear by collapsing into the fetal position –  his commitment to baby-style ultimately proved fruitless, as Lashley eventually turned the bout from a game of cat and mouse to a traditional wrestling match – one in which Lashley had the clear advantage.

While Theory did get in a few good moves, including his signature superkick, he was unable to come out of the match with his title reign intact as, after kicking out of a few big Lashley licks, he was tapped out via the Hurtlock.

Lashley stood tall a champion once more, Theory sat on the ramp with a sad look on his face, and the match went off to commercial with one big question above all others: What does the WWE Universe have next for Theory, who went from champion to exposed chump in a matter of minutes?
