The Green Bay Packers already made some sweeping changes to the coaching staff this offseason, bringing in Matt LaFleur to bring in the troops. Even with the changes already made there are some burning questions that need to be answered this offseason to make sure the Packers are a contender in the NFC North and the NFC.

How will LaFleur and Rodgers relationship be?

The biggest question for the Packers this offseason involved two people already inside the organization, Matt LaFleur and Aaron Rodgers. Rodgers and Mike McCarthy's relationship soured and it was clear towards the end that Rodgers didn't really care about what McCarthy said.

It's important for this team that there is no ego between Rodgers and LaFleur. Moreover, that the two are able to work together for a common goal; to win games.

It shouldn't matter who gets the credit for winning the games, as long as the Packers are winning games.

How will they attack free agency?

When Ted Thompson was the General Manager of the Packers the team mostly built the team through the draft and very rarely spent money on players in free agency. With Brian Gutekunst, the new general manager, there are questions about what his philosophy will be approaching free agency.

There have been some rumors that the team could trade for Antonio Brown and if they did that it would be a total change in philosophy.

The Packers need to get another quality receiver alongside Devante Adams and if they don't trade for Brown they would be smart to sign a veteran in free agency.

The Packers also need some help and depth on the offensive line. The line is solid but when injuries hit last year the team had guys off the street coming to fill in.

It would be smart for the Packers to be aggressive in free agency but that is a question that will be seen in the next couple of months.

What will the Packers do at tight end?

The Packers keep swinging for a new tight end and most haven't worked out. They still have Jimmy Graham under contract for at least one more year but the team would be smart to try and find an upgrade now.

Graham had 55 catches and two touchdowns this last season but the team needs more production out of that position.

There are some good tight ends in the draft, and in free agency and the team needs to make it a priority.
