It was a miraculous season for the Los Angeles Rams. The front office went all in and acquired numerous superstars to increase their chances of winning a championship and it paid off. Rumors have been swirling regarding Sean McVay's career outlook with the team after the Rams Super Bowl win. We take a look at three reasons why that might be a good idea for LA's head coach.

Sean McVay is one of the best head coaches in the league. If he were to retire it would put the sporting world over the edge. He has the potential to smash coaching records. Especially considering he's still in his 30s and already has a Super Bowl ring. It's a far-fetched idea that McVay leaves. At the end of the day, it's still a rumor and there is a chance he leaves the Rams for the retired life.

There are some benefits if Sean McVay chooses to walk away from football. First, he'd be retiring at an incredibly early age, which is everyone's dream. Additionally, the Rams head coach has totaled a ton of money throughout his career and would be able to live comfortably. He's also accomplished nearly everything a coach can within his short career. Lastly, McVay would retire as a champion while calling it quits on his own terms.

With that said, here are three reasons why Sean McVay should hang it up after the Rams Super Bowl victory.

Sean McVay Retirement After Rams Super Bowl 56 Win

3. Retiring at a very early age

Who doesn't want to retire at 37 years old? Especially considering Sean McVay has a decent amount of money in his bank account. He'd have the rest of his life to enjoy and could live comfortably while being carefree. No stress, nobody telling him what to do. It sounds like a dream scenario for McVay, but the Rams would have the daunting task of finding his replacement sooner than expected.

We'll see how it all plays out. If McVay chooses to walk away, the Rams have a solid coaching staff to rely on. They wouldn't have to make too many changes and the new head coach could be someone with a ton of potential as well.

2. Already has a long list of accomplishments

When it comes down to it, Sean McVay has accomplished quite a bit throughout his career. After winning Super Bowl 56 with the Rams, what else does he have to prove? Although this could jeopardize his shot at Canton, McVay has proven to be one of the league's best head coaches.

Two Super Bowl appearances are impressive by itself. But to do it at such a young age and actually win one is insane. If he leaves the Rams now and never looks back, Sean McVay would be regarded as one of the best to ever do it. Conversations would be focusing on the “what if,” but his current resume speaks for itself.

1. Sean McVay ends his football career on top, and on his own terms

Not many have the privilege to retire at the top of their game. Most people have to work decades before being able to call it a career. For Sean McVay though, he'd be leaving with a fat bank account and a brand new Rams Super Bowl ring on his finger. Retirement must be tempting for MvVay right now, as this sounds way too good for anyone to pass up.

The only other people we usually see retire at peak performance are MMA fighters. Michael Jordan did it back in the 1990s, but he quickly came back to the NBA to win three more championships. Maybe McVay takes a year or two off just to return for another Super Bowl ring. If so, the Rams won't have anything to worry about.
