Allen Iverson was a no-show in Week 6 action of the Big3 League. His exact whereabouts were not known, even for the members of his team, 3’s Company, which has now caused an investigation to be made by the league.

The NBA legend serves as the team captain and head coach of his team, which took on Tri-State on Sunday. He is the biggest star in the league founded by rapper and actor Ice Cube, and has drawn some huge crowds in recent weeks with The Answer’s presence.

Iverson already took some criticism earlier this month when he announced an hour before their scheduled game that he will not see action due to health issues. He took to his Instagram account to apologize to the fans, but they were still dismayed with it, and took to social media to voice out their displeasure.

The former NBA MVP has already been playing only in limited minutes in their past few games, which has not been taken lightly by his fans, especially those who are in attendance to watch him live. 3’s Company has also failed to live up to expectations despite their solid lineup and are currently on a 1-4 win-loss slate. With two more weeks before the playoffs, they need to be victorious in their remaining assignments to give them a chance to compete for the title.

Their co-captain, DerMarr Johnson, took over the coaching duties Sunday in Iverson’s unexpected absence. They lost their game, 51-44.
