The Chicago Bears got preseason action started on Saturday against the Miami Dolphins, which gave fans a live look at first-rounder Justin Fields. The former Ohio State star has impressed heavily and that even caught the attention of LeBron James. Take a look at his reaction to Fields' first NFL touchdown:

That was right after Fields rushed for a touchdown in the third quarter, which brought the Bears within just three points of the Dolphins. He put his athleticism on full display, scrambling away from the Miami defensive line and jetting to the house.  As of writing, they're now up 17-13, much in part to Fields.

While Andy Dalton started the game, he quickly exited in favor of Fields, who has already proved that he should be starting in Week 1. The rookie has completed 14 of 20 attempts for 142 yards and has also thrown for a passing touchdown, linking up with tight end Jesse James.

Could Bears fans potentially have their quarterback of the future? I mean, there's still a bad taste in their mouth from Mitch Trubisky, but Fields looks for real. LeBron certainly thinks so, too.

It's too early to make assumptions, but it appears the Chicago front office made the right decision in April's 2021 NFL Draft.
