Angel Reese is officially an alumna of LSU. The women's basketball sensation has officially ended her college journey and posted stunning graduation pictures to her social media on Saturday morning.

“So now what? what was said? oh okay that’s what i thought. I graduated from THE LOUSIANA STATE UNIVERSITY IN 4 YEARS ON TIME💋 I thought somebody without a college degree said sum,” Reese said in a caption.

Angel Reese had a decorated college career that helped in leading the popularity of women's basketball to new heights. She started her college career at Maryland, entering the program as a five-star recruit out of high school. Before transferring to LSU before the start of the 2022-2023 season, Reese finished her career at Maryland averaging 15.3 points and 9.1 rebounds in 47 games played.

At LSU, Reese emerged as a cornerstone of a championship-caliber team.. Reese was a unanimous first-team All-American in 2023, averaging 23 points and 15.4 rebounds per game. Her high levels of play helped her lead the Tigers to a decisive national championship victory over Caitlin Clark and Iowa in 2023, which was watched by 9.9 million people. Reese followed up 2023's success with another year of dominance.

In the 2023-2024 season, she averaged 18.6 points and 12.3 rebounds and led the Tigers to the Elite Eight of the women's March Madness tournament. Although LSU fell short to Iowa, Reese had a phenomenal game. She finished with 17 points and 20 rebounds. Shortly after, she declared for the 2024 WNBA Draft.

“I’ve done everything I wanted to in college,” Reese said Vogue in her official draft announcement. “I’ve won a national championship, I’ve gotten [Southeastern Conference] Player of the Year, I’ve been an All-American. My ultimate goal is to be a pro — and to be one of the greatest basketball players to play, ever. I feel like I'm ready.”

Last month, Reese was drafted to the Chicago Sky with the 7th overall pick. In her professional debut vs. the Dallas Wings, she had 12 points and 8 rebounds and showed off impressive skills that will aid in her success in The W. Reese will suit up against the Dallas Wings again tonight at 8 PM EST. The game will be broadcast on NBA TV.
